It has been a week of transition.
Cap has been playing catch up with his work since Vanessa's departure. This morning there was a moment of peaceful togetherness as we watched Apolo Ohno and the short track speed skaters (recorded last night).
Tomorrow will begin a shift back to a more co-operative and intentional rhythm of life living and learning. (I needed to check out last week...feeling so emotionally raw and vulnerable post-Vanessa.)
