Spring Hike

We went on our traditional marking-the-Season hike around B Pond with Lukas, Anna, Silke and Roger.  Silke's mother is visiting from Germany and joined us.  It was a lovely day, the balminess of the last few days undercut by a bit of cool air coming in.  The abundant water (we had heavy rains about a week ago which caused a nearby river to crest its banks) made for boot-sucking mud and stream play.
